WinCore (wincore.uk) is a service of Innovate Transform Sustain Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 13978774. This policy explains what personal information we hold, why we hold it, and the choices you have. WinCore is a business-to-business service: the personal information we work with is business contact information.

We hold what you give us when you make an enquiry or become a customer: name, work email, company and your message. The procurement information at the heart of WinCore concerns organisations, not individuals. It is drawn from public UK contract notices and contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.

We use enquiry information to reply to you, under our legitimate interest in answering the question you asked. For customers, we use account and contact information to provide the service, under our contract with you. We do not sell personal information.

We use a small number of service providers — hosting, database and email delivery — who process information only on our instructions and under contract. We do not share personal information with anyone else except where the law requires it. Enquiry information is kept while the conversation is live and removed when it is not. Customer account information is kept for the life of the account and for the periods the law requires afterwards.

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our using it, and ask us to restrict or transfer it. Write to privacy@wincore.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
