Every notice, in one standard.
OCDS is the Open Contracting Data Standard, the format the UK's procurement portals publish in. WinCore collects every notice from the three portals, keeps the original, and builds one reconciled record of each opportunity and each organisation.

What is in it
Three sources, read in their own standard: Find a Tender (above-threshold notices for the UK), Contracts Finder (England, below threshold) and Public Contracts Scotland. Every release is kept as published; the reconciled record sits beside it, so a figure can always be traced to its notice.
Each opportunity carries its buyer, its stage (tender, award, contract), its value and currency, its CPV codes, its region and its deadline. Each organisation named in a notice is resolved to one identity, so a buyer or supplier reads as one party however the portals spelt it.
Coverage is growing. Collection began in June 2026 and is being extended backwards; the figures on this page are live counts, not estimates.
How a notice becomes a record
Collect
Four runs a day read each portal for new and changed releases. Failed runs retry; nothing is skipped silently.
Reconcile
Releases for the same procurement are joined into one opportunity. Duplicates across portals are merged, with the merge recorded.
Resolve
Every buyer and supplier is matched to one organisation in the ITS stakeholder directory, so the same company is one party across every notice.
Publish
The reconciled record is what WinPath and WinSignal read. The original release stays beside it.
Routes to market are the second asset.
Frameworks and dynamic markets, who runs them and who is on them.
